Qi ict is a knowledge company. At such a company, sharing knowledge through training is key. Qi ict offers training for practically all product lines her vendors offer, either delivered by Qi ict professionals directly or through carefully selected partners.
Training 'on the job'
The engineer performing the installation services may instruct you on how to use your new equipment. This training 'on the job' offers basic knowledge about your product, it is not a formal training.
Product training
These trainings are usually carried out by one of Qi ict's partners. They consist of practical 1 to 3 day instruction sessions that give you solid insights into your new software and / or hardware. Most times, exams are not included.
Certified training
These official trainings are carried out by a partner or a vendor representative. They will offer thorough knowledge needed to completely manage and maintain your new product. Depending on the type of product, training takes 2 to 5 days. Oftentimes, Qi ict's engineers have reached formal certification attending these same trainings.
