Outside office hours, in addition to the regular service number, an escalation number is provided. The call center agent will connect you to the manager responsible.

Through our service number you will be connected to our engineer on call, without interference or delay caused by a call dispatcher. At night time, but also on weekends or holidays (365 days x 24 hours).

Coverage
All Qi ict Maintenance Agreements allow you to choose the uptime fitting your infrastructure: full support on either hardware of software. Coverage may be either '5 days a week, 8 hours a day', or '7 days a week, 24 hours a day'. You may also choose to add Remote Control services to your agreement, enabling Qi ict to monitor your infrastructure from a remote location and thus provide reporting and / or change management.
