Your Qi ict Maintenance Agreement will quickly free you of all worries. You will experience our rapid response when you report problems, you will never again find yourself short of well-functioning equipment and our Qi ict helpdesk will be at your service at all times.

 

A Qi ict Maintenance Agreement definitely offers many advantages over any regular vendor service agreement.

For whom?

A Qi ict Maintenance Agreement is available for all hardware and software supplied by Qi ict. Equipment you purchased elsewhere may also be included in a Qi ict Maintenance Agreement.

Qi ict Maintenance Agreements are available for equipment and software from every product range Qi ict vendors offer. Please check our 'Partners' menu to find actual listings of vendors and product ranges.

  • Dual escalation process:
  1. E-mail escalation with same-day follow-up by board of directors

  2. Outside office hours, in addition to the regular service number, an escalation number is provided. The call center agent will connect you to the manager responsible.
  • Through our service number you will be connected to our engineer on call, without interference or delay caused by a call dispatcher. At night time, but also on weekends or holidays (365 days x 24 hours).
  • Services portal: access to our online portal to check the status of your current service agreements.
  • Monitoring your software license renewal status.
  • Includes installing updates at your location (twice a year maximum if / when updates are issued).
  • Technical newsletters summarizing relevant vendor news.

  • Testlab enables us to try new software, simulate and solve problems and provide hands-on training to engineers.
  • Availability of spare units for all hardware, enabling Qi ict to always meet the response and repair deadlines without having to depend on vendor availability.

Coverage

All Qi ict Maintenance Agreements allow you to choose the uptime fitting your infrastructure: full support on either hardware of software. Coverage may be either '5 days a week, 8 hours a day', or '7 days a week, 24 hours a day'. You may also choose to add Remote Control services to your agreement, enabling Qi ict to monitor your infrastructure from a remote location and thus provide reporting and / or change management.
